Greg Hayden

Background

As a second-generation real estate broker with almost 40 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, it’s difficult to overstate the impact Greg Hayden has had within our industry and on Saint Louis County. Greg has always felt a sense of duty and honor to serve the community in which he lives. Early in his career he was recognized for his leadership skills and community advocacy. He has served on many boards and committees, guiding the community through important decisions, and directing community funds to those who needed it the most. Greg was a union carpenter from 1972 to 1984 and construction superintendent for 5 of those years. In 1984, he joined Luxemberg Realty Company, established in 1957 by his father, Clarence Hayden. From 2002 to 2005, Greg was a member of the St. Louis Empowerment Zone Community Council for the Federal Government. In 2004, he became a member of the St Louis County Selection Committee charged with recommending a gaming company to build and operate a casino in St. Louis County. From 2005 to 2014, Greg was a Board Member of the St. Louis County Port Authority. He also chaired St. Louis County’s Committee to determine the location and amenities of the Pavilion at Lemay, an Aquatic and Community Center. Greg’s wealth of knowledge of the real estate industry as well as his construction and development experience has contributed to his success in assisting all his clients.

After all these years, Greg still enjoys serving our residential and commercial clients for their real estate selling and purchasing needs, as well as offering his time and experience in advocating for the community.
